Design & build
Network and server-room architecture — a new environment from scratch, or taking over and straightening out an existing one. Hardware, rack, cabling, handover.

Servers & virtualisation
Proxmox, VMware, Windows and Linux environments. High availability, storage, and backups that are tested regularly — not assumed.

Network infrastructure
LAN/WAN, VLAN segmentation, firewall, VPN, business Wi‑Fi. Redundancy where it’s critical, simplicity everywhere else.

Security
Access control, system hardening, PKI, patching on schedule. Security as the system’s default state, not an afterthought.

24/7 monitoring
Metrics, logs and alerts in real time, with a monthly report. We see the fault before the user reports it.

SLA contract, helpdesk and on-site visits in Belgrade. Prevention on schedule, intervention on call.

Offsite backup
Copies of your data away from your premises, encrypted before they leave. The 3-2-1 rule, retention as agreed and regular restore drills — a backup that has never been restored is not a backup.

DR site
A standby site in our data centre: replicas of key systems, ready to take over when the primary site goes down. RPO and RTO agreed up front, failover rehearsed.

Private cloud infrastructure
Virtual machines, storage and networking on our Proxmox/Ceph cluster, isolated per client. Your infrastructure without hardware of your own — with the same documentation and monitoring.

Response time is part of the system.
A defined SLA, clear escalation, and a person who picks up — not a ticket that waits. Response times are contracted and measured.
